Blog #4

1. This blog was actually fairly interesting. It basically talked about the idea to directly inject capital into the nation's banks. Republicans agreed and some democrats did not. Corzine, a democratic Governor of N.J. offered some other suggestions. http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1008/14500.html

2. It is different because most other blogs only take one side of the issue. This one takes both sides, what the republicans views are, and the same of the democrats. It lets you develop your own opinion.

3. My view is with the democrats on this one. Corzine said that increased government spending is key to any economic recovery. He said we need to build up our infrastructure. Republican John Portman, said that "cutting government spending is a necessary first step in the wake of the economic crisis." I disagree, I think that the government needs to put more money into the economy, not just the banks, in order to rebuild it.
